In homage to The Year of the Thyroid's passing and The Year of the B12 Deficiency's inauguration, I play for you now The Rolling Stones. Let the injections begin!
In sleepier news, I'm reading a lot. Finished all of the Stieg Larsson books. Reviews posted soon at Think Journal.
Cheers!

It's been over 8 years since I had my thyroid oblation. After a while, your body clues you in on what it needs, and I'm much healthier these days than I was then. As for B1, I take a sublingual drop, but I've never been deficient that (as far as I'm aware). Hope it gets better soon. :)
Thanks! I've never looked for an injection with such...enthusiasm. Really, I'm on tenterhooks until Wednesday! B12 shots make it much better! I will ask about the sublingual ones, though, because I don't want a scar tissue bump.
